1. SHORT BIOGRAPHY. William Horatio Bejts was born on December, 23rd, 1860 in Newark (State STD Herpes of New Jersey). The Medical education has received in Kornelle in 1881, a scientific degree of the doctor of medical sciences - in the American college of doctors and surgeons in 1885. The practice of Bejts of the beginnings in New York, worked some time as the assistant to the doctor in Manhattansky hospital on treatment of diseases of organs of vision and hearing. During the period with 1886 for 1888 Bejts works as the regular doctor in Bellevjulsky psychiatric hospital. With 1886 for 1896 Bejts holds also a post of the regular doctor in New York to eye hospital, works in a number of other medical institutions of the USA. Per 1886-1891 he teaches ophthalmology in the New York hospital-scientific research institute for post-graduate students. In 1896 Bejts decides to leave for some years the work in hospital because of necessity of carrying out of experimental works. In 1902 Bejts arrives for work in London Charing Cross-country hospital.
